As a Part-Time Shopify Developer, you will play a crucial role in customizing and enhancing our Shopify store to deliver an exceptional online shopping experience for our customers

Responsibilities:

• Shopify Development:  
  • Customize and develop Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.  
  • Implement new features and functionalities, ensuring a seamless user experience.  
  • Integrate and configure third-party apps, plugins, and RESTful APIs to enhance store capabilities.  
• Store Maintenance & Updates:  
  • Update product listings, descriptions, and images regularly.  
  • Optimize site performance for speed and responsiveness, ensuring fast load times across devices.  
  • Monitor and resolve technical issues, ensuring site security, stability, and smooth operation.  
• SEO & Analytics:  
  • Implement on-page SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings.  
  • Set up and manage Google Analytics and other tracking tools for performance analysis.  
• Security:  
  • Maintain knowledge of Shopify’s ecosystem, including apps, plugins, and e-commerce best practices.  
• Other Support:  
  • Assist with special projects and shopify development tasks.  

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years’ experience in Shopify development, with proficiency in Shopify Liquid and custom theme development.
• Strong understanding of Shopify’s APIs and third-party integrations.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and familiarity with Shopify’s app ecosystem.  
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Shopify store management. 
• Knowledge of e-commerce best practices, including site optimization and security.  
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Shopify platform.  
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. 
• Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to solving problems.
